Black beak,

You, like other rotten politicians just adding fuel to the fire, instead of doing something about it. By the way, were you directing some low profile hindi movie.

Now, hope you never succeed in your venture about creating a fence between two religions, lest you can bear to see the the punjab conflict again.

An eye for an eye and the whole world is blind....
People of both religions have suffered. I doubt if any of the people who post such vitriolic comments about Islam were Muslims  in Gujarat during the riots in 2002.
Muslims, and not Islam should be blamed. There are lots of mistakes and problems with them. Its not possible to go into a discussion here
Would strongly advise people to get hold of a copy of the Quran in English and read it.
There is world of a difference in being literate and educated.

Good writing Doc. Unfortunately, it has missed its mark. Instead of appreciating the creativity in a poignant portrayal of the birth of terrorism through personal loss, this blog (like so many others) has also been made a scapegoat to vent out the feelings of hatred by generalising issues. I cannot understand what hurts more- the fact that the creativity of the writer is totally overlooked or the fact that their sentiments are used as tools by others to shred whatever is left of human sanity.

Very combative reply to my friend BlackBeak who seems to be so much in love with me that in every of his poser he is asking me about my religion and is scared of the answer I would give him.People like Beakji make this blogosphere interesting though inflamed and they deserve all the emotions which bloggers seem to be giving him. There was one blog on IBCM where self appointed protectors of Hindu religion had a field day and one on my 'letter ot Jaswant Singh'. But, I think even the likes of Beak can be reformed. So may be we can let him be amongst the learned bloggers!(Your submission about the doctor throwing the wrong end was hilarious! And yes, I too agree with your comment on 'toilet' as advised by Baba Beakji.)

This blog 'The Jehadi who yelled Jai Hind' is just a creative piece of writing and I donot think any attempt has been there to either indoctrinate or to give subtle messages. Our Bollywood and Hollywood are full of such ideas as well as its graphic details which are beyond the comprehensionn of rational men. But we donot condemn that with the same severity.

Let us give the writer the 'right to creative outpouring of ideas' without imputing any motives to him or to the blog. However, I would advise against clever manipulation of sentiments on the basis of this blog.

Mr.Mulliner
